Tri-R Mechanical Services has been involved with preventative maintenance since our incorporation in 1971. We now have hundreds of clients who are enjoying the benefits of a comprehensive maintenance agreement tailored to their needs.

We offer agreements from the most basic, "check and filter change" to all inclusive, full coverage plans that include all parts and labor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can customize any plan to meet your budget and service needs. Well maintained equipment not only lasts longer with fewer breakdowns, but also provides you with a much healthier environment.

Once information from your site and equipment is entered into our database, we will automatically dispatch our service technicians at the pre-selected interval, so you don't even have to think about it. When we have completed our inspection, our technician will provide you with a written report detailing all work performed and any recommendations. This is then entered into our database so that all pertinent information about your equipment is available at all times.
