LEAD INSTALLATION MECHANIC
Must Be Self-Starter, Well Organized, Experienced,
Able To Work Independently
This position requires a well rounded and experienced HVAC installer. You will be working closely with the job estimators and general contractors. You will be responsible for your crew, material supply and organization, time cards, etc. You must be able to read blueprints, follow instructions, and get jobs done in a timely manner. Experience running commercial/industrial duct work and piping projects is required, but experience on residential projects may be substituted.

Commercial/Industrial Service Technician
This job entails many different skills, and experience is essential. In most cases, residential skills can be carried over and expanded upon.
The job encompasses the service of commercial steam and hot water boilers, direct and indirect fired make up air systems, rooftop heating and air conditioning units, cooling towers, process refrigeration, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice makers, central exhaust systems, and many other pieces of mechanical equipment found in commercial and industrial buildings.
While not all skills are needed immediately, you would be expected to learn them through experience and company-paid classes. EPA certification and a valid drivers license are a must.

HVAC Service and Start-Up Technician
This job entails many different skills. Experience is essential.
Some refrigeration, air conditioning, hydronic, and gas piping will be required.
You will be required to terminate control wiring and perform start-up and/or commissioning of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
If there is a problem, you will be required to diagnose and repair the equipment.
You will have to work closely with many equipment manufacturers and customers.
Finishing punch list items on jobs will be a regular part of this job.
EPA certification is required.
Basic computer skills are required.
5 years' commercial experience is desirable but the right person with residential experience could be a good candidate.
