Rosa's Superstore This store is being built with the management team at Telfair Construction Management. The HVAC system includes 6 Trane High Efficiency rooftop units linked together by a Trane Tracker Energy Management system. The gas piping ranges from 3" welded to 1/2" threaded black pipe. |

Pioneer Credit Management Our solid relationship with LBM Construction helped us to secure this project. HVAC consists of 13 York rooftop units linked together by Wattmaster VAV Complete Building Management system. The Server, Data Processing, and Telecommunications equipment room is controlled by a Liebert Environmental System.

Electrosynthesis This multi-million dollar expansion and retrofit is being supervised by Paragon Northeast Construction. Our part of the project includes state of the art air flow control for their Scientific Test Chambers as well as several AAON custom made rooftop HVAC units, and an assortment of explosion proof environmental devices through the facilities.

Medical Center This 16,000 sq. ft. comprehensive medical treatment facility is a design build project in cooperation with the Southgate Plaza management Team.

Pottery Barn Kids On this project we are a sub contractor to Pacific Construction of Los Angeles California. The scope of the work involves the demolition of existing HVAC systems and 5 new rooftop HVAC systems tied into the mall's Central Energy Management system.

Rosa's Warehouse This addition to their existing warehouse is being heated by a single Cambridge Direct Fired Make Up Air unit. All heated air comes from outside the building for maximum efficiency. |
